i cannot open my computers D %26amp; C drive by double clicking. but open by explorer. i am using os xp.I recently deleted a malware "amvo.exe". i have also update anti virus and check full computer. please give me a solution.

right click and hit open the same thing happened to me i don't double click just right click and click open
Reply:sounds like a required .dll got deleted when you removed the amvo.exe.
Fastest fix to to do a repair on the OS with the backup image. It should overwrite the OS without deleting any of your personal files on the PC.
Use the repair mode on boot up after getting to your option screen.
you would need to google reloading XP on a PC for instructions.
Reply:Check your mouse properties and make sure "double-click to open" is enabled.
