When I try to open drive C: or D: , it won't open by double click or by rigth click , and every time when pressing rigth click both "open" and "explore" I find it in strange words
as ه?(o) . Is it a virus? and how can I fix it ? I'm using AVG anti and Kaspersky , and both didn't help me.

Not sure what the cause is, but you dont want to run more than 1 antivirus and 1 firewall program at one time....these programs can cause some serious conflicts.....uninstall one of the antivirus programs....."preferably AVG"
What you can have more than one of, is antispyware programs....
Try downloading these two and run a scan and see if you get any hits....
